i believe they are quite similar
i don't use a light meter (yet), i just got the camera a few weeks ago, my advice is to buy similar films and start trying.... I just found a little flashlight with can be attached to it, no photos online yet but the results are quite good (in my humble opinion:)
I gonna get a light meter soon, it'll probably make thing a lot easier
just try....
