and about the other threads, yes..
I've already tried every single methods/advice given. none seems to work. Its truly and ordinary file:

1 jpg imageset to "Show All" and preview. voila you get a phenomenon in flash that's been driving me into insanity for the last week.
I've messed with the jpeg compression from fully uncompressed, to 1% quality. The movie is set to High quality by default, I've even tried putting a _set.property to high quality. nothing seems to work. I even tried to load the image externally to a target within flash... wouldn't work... still jagged-pixelations.
The problem may seem subtle but when loaded with a sharp-edged image that has sharp details down to the pixels, it'll drive anyone crazy.
