Not a huge delay. Just a minor one. But a delay nevertheless. I'll bet on 56k you have to wait a bit before each video loads...
...and there was a site released by someone (Barbarian Group maybe?) that was much safer for presenting to clients. A guy in a chicken outfit that you could send commands to the same way.
