the colors feel a little too 'old navy' to me... a little dated even.
The font needs to go... change the body copy to a pixel... too much anti-aliasing.
Hate the pop-ups... but if you must have them... center them.
Not enough graphics in the site... I'd find away to put the graphics in the site.... it's so loaded w/text... and wings... and snow.
