nice start and some really nice work, great preloader, few suggestions:
have the menu fade in on mouseover
get rid on the tween on link mouseover
get rid on the arrow, is just confusing
sort out the placement of the site, seems random. also get rid of scrollbars.
work on the transitons, they need to be more subtle. oh and mask the images.
really think about the white space.
