    Good luck, man! I tried to quit a few times before I was finally able to. One thing I will tell you is, don't make the mistake of "just having one" when you're drunk sometime. That's just how people get started again. If you need to, take a break from drinking for a while. Better yet, replace your bad habit with something healthy. I've started drinking herbal tea as a way of dealing with stress, and it sure as hell making you feel better than inhaling carcinogenic smoke!
