(i did this for my neighbor a couple of months ago) - if you find you're having a week moment and you get your hands on a cigarette, set it down on a shelf or something and tell yourself that if you still want it in 15 minutes then you'll smoke it.
my neighbor had a week moment, came an knocked on my door. i put a cigarette on my shelf and told him that it was his but he had to come back in 15. He came by in 20 and thanked me.
