james, yes but i am going to limit the hours to like 8 hours a day.....
you can choose your hours night or day... or come in a few morning hours and at night again but im gonna try to keep them 8 hours per day....it really is my crib to be honest and i am simply planning to 'rent' out the bottom levels which im gonna keep empty... but with access to the top too
normally living rents for this place would be around 6.5k and up so i think 2000 amonth for daytime use is a good price
but everything is negotiable so tell me what you had in mind?
