but here's the problem son. you initiated this conflict with the example of threadless. let me remind you, since i worked at threadless for several months, that they happen to have 0 black employees. does that make them racist? no. does that mean they aren't considering their black audience? no.
it means that when they get their shirts delivered to the warehouse door, they take one out, grab their cameras, and take pictures of someone who is working there that day in it. you picked a very, very poor example. you've got a much deeper problem and conflict than being irritated with some clothing companies. and if thats the case, you should address it as such.
in fact, this IS irrelevant in the specific scenario you were trying to push your point with.
what nick said about tiger. "dont want to be the best black golfer, i want to be the best golfer, period." seems as though you are the one who is seeing colors as a division.
