Nah they're both freelancers. One guy is pretty damn good at the Flash Communication server shite though, he started learning when it was first introduced and now he's doing all sorts of crazy E-learning, multiuser programs, like audio/video chatrooms, Live radio stations, shared interactive elements...he always has something cool to show me.
