I've seen this one done before. you take some ones desk chair with wheels and you grind the bottom so it flat.... and when they go to roll the chair back it stops dead and they feel a nice little jolt.
or you freeze a can of shaving cream and then remove the "metal skin" on the can so you just have frozen crema and you toss it in someones desk or in a microwave the night before and in the morning it will thaw to a nice huge frothy mess.... *note you may cause mortal enemies doing this*
