There are sites that have cool style and there are sites that have good user interface design. And there are sites with a cool concpet. And then there are sites that bring it all together in one great package.

This is an old site, but I find myself coming back to it quite often, I love the artistic aspect and I love the clean design. No BS, tight execution.
