well i run a pny gf ti 4600 and have had no problems with performance at all.
i use photoshop, illustrator, and flash and it runs smooth for me. i play alot of games too with photoshop running.
i've heard not to go with gainword cards though. i've heard that brand has had lots of problems. so go with good brands that you trust.
if you dont do gaming, then you should consider matrox cards or higher end nvidia cards not for gaming.
