according to ur meter reading defined on an 18% grey reflection ur exposure will be correct for caucasian skin type. darker skin types especially really dark "black" skintypes require a slight overexposure to compensate the lesser reflection of light.
(Take care of your background lighting) An easy way would also be to take reflective readings from both lighter and darker skintypes if you want to try out different apertures. Normally i would say overexpose 2/3 with really dark skins)
Also very important don't forget the fill light (with reflector or fill flash) if u want it natural. This can easily cause problems with darker skin types. //// = my advice nothing more ;)
