Great start. A few points for you...
I dig the animation on the home page. You might try increasing the font size of the callouts between the image transitions; They are kind of getting lost in the process and could be more connected to the imagery.
IMO, the screens on the inner pages aren't adding much value and look kind of dated compared to the overall contemporary feel of the UI and the home page. I would develop a series of images in the same style as the home page and use those as background images on the inner pages, replacing the blue background and the screens. This would allow you to tie specific imagery to the various aspects of the business and would also give you elements to tie other marketing collateral, etc.
