You could always cut your tongue out with a razorblade and have it recorded with 360 deg of cameras, after which you could make a gnarly virtual-reality type of flash-quicktime video, with which you could steal some of Yugop's moves and let the viewers be connected to the server in real time and rate how sick they're getting, and with that you could have a bunch of graphs bouncing around.
Now that would be memorable!
