No kidding, 7000 miles is a long way.
I usually try and do the same thing, and very well could say "I am seeing you on these nights, and my friends on these nights, and that's how it is," if I were going home next week.
It's worked before, it's just tough because I feel like I'm 18 yrs old sometimes when I am there. Like I have to keep an update of where I will be and such.
I always know that in her mind, she is itimizing every second of my time there no matter where I am.
