i live 7000 miles away from home, it takes about 20hours to complete the whole trip to see my family. i have friends there i also keep in touch and try to see when i am there.
i manage to do all that in 4-5days.if i can do it, you can do it too.
oh, i did it twice this year.

chicago-texas is nothing compare to that trip.
