Or find an old slide projector and project a slide of the logo onto the wall and forgo the stenciling. Its also cool cause you have to do it at night and everyones's like, hey, whatch doin' up there... But it's difficult to do on a rough surface though.
To hang the wood sign, use masonry anchor bolts from hardware store (they work just like the plastic anchors you use to hang heavy stuff on drywall) but are metal. You do have to drill a few holes in the building.
