ye gads i've actually done some better work than when i was sober - just spent the past hour communicating with this coder who normally does my head in with his lack of communication skills (i'm talking robot noises and advanced geek-speak peppered with MENSA jokes) but today he took pity on my bloodshot eyes and shaky hands and spoke slowly and i managed to extract some crucial information from him that should mean i'll be able to fix this bastard app that's been doing my head in for the past week. yay. maybe i should have a bloody mary to celebrate.
