aliend, I dont know if they have a direct relation in the US, but these are the illiterate underlings that inhabit council estates across the UK, they are an ugly people with little or no worth, and a penchant for all things tack, gold hoop earings for the ladies, studs for the chaps, track suit pants are unisex and a must for any self respecting toerag. Shoplifting and petty crime is their main source of income though some may choose a serious career such as mcdonalds or selling fake perfume from a suitcase, whichever they choose benefits are a must, afterall, they are very busy procreating from the age of 12 and need money to keep the kids in stock of cola and crisps. All chavs enjoy colourful language, often choosing to mingle their swearing with an exotic twang such as patois - it doesn't matter that you are white and have never left your home town, all cultures are accepted - and all cultures are subject to derision and very likely violence, they are very sharing you see!
