What makes you think I'm partial to the green sauce...? Was it something I said?
Actually, if you're hung over, the red ones are great. The green ones can be a little too acidy and sometimes you'll get heartburn. However, I am partial to the ones with chicken. The ones with egg aren't my faves...
Unfortunately I've never found good chilaquiles in the U.S. except for one place in San Diego which closed down.
I don't think you'll find them in Russia either...
