I understand why the ripping pissses people off but I do believe their are legal actions to take if you are ripped.
I was basically saying thier business plan of getting designers to submit designs for peanuts and then customizing and selling them to the masses is a pretty good one. Take advantage of desperate designers and cheap clients all in one shot.
