The reason why TM has so many ripped designs is because they hire a bunch of amateur designers who just copy designs from other sites and steal photos from getty. TM doesn't check nor care where the templates come from.
The reason why TM was interviewed was because andre, the founder of digital abstracts, used to work for them and still designs templates.
