I think it's time for some designers to look beyond moral and ethical guidance from other designers. Someone mentioned Bruce Mau and i also posted a link to his manifest. However I think he is quite over estimated. He is a thinker and a good educationalist but take a look at his work for example I think the identity work of his is the easiest to relate to for ourselves. And keep his words in mind while looking at that stuff. My only feeling is that it's sad that the ones with good ideas seldom are the ones with equally good out come therefor their opinions lose value in my opinion. There are many good philosopher that are more worth listening to. And regarding Sagmeister he works under the epithet 'Made you look' as his book is titled. How can you listen to the words from a guy with that intetions? He does great work but everything else that comes out of that man is a case study in self-indulgence.
