let the person know they are in possession of work that wasn't paid for.. and unless they delete it you will be sending them a partial invoice for the work.. and refusal to pay will result in legal action..
or get your money's with with a screwdriver and a bottle of bobcat urine from a hunting store.. car, home, office.. be creative!
