  This is correct. I am doing a project that I will sample different clips anywhere and everywhere on the web and then "randomly" assembling them to make some fun beats/noise/music for my own enjoyment.

  I am on a PC... I tried WireTap and AudioHijack, but neither seem to be able to do this task...at least on a PC
