    LastOne,

You are going to need to file a lawsuit.

What a writ does is allows you to enforce your judgement and get payment in anyway possible. With the writ. you will be able to levy on any bank accounts, real property and personal property.

You will have to file a lawsuit, but along with the lawsuit, you will need to also have a memorandom of cost. This lists all costs owed to you with a legal intererest rate of 10%. It sux cause if the person doesn't have any property, you will have to garnish wages. Unless you they owe you more then $20,000, it might not be worth it. You will only be able to stick them for pennies on the dollar if you garnish wages.

So if you can, you should try to resolve this with out the courts.

Email me, I tried to answer to your post last time but the password thing messed up my post. My girl is a paralegal. She does this shit all day.

    Good luck!

    FRESH!
