we've got one at our studio... sounds good when th evolume is cranked up well... at lower levels not so good...
Also have those JBL creatre speaker things... (got em cheap with my ipod) and the sound on them is really good with the woofer...
I bought a Tivoli PAL couple of years ago for home... and if you want something compact that sounds great get that... don't get the iPAL though as it looks tacky
