ok so you create a license system for playing an mp3. Something gets coded into the mp3 that registers with that license so only you can play that mp3. Once you "sell" your mp3 your license gets updated disabling you from playing that audio file on your computer.
Doesn't iTunes have some kind de-authorise option or something?
it doesn't stop people buying the tunes, burning them to a cd but thats only the same as someone copying a cd to tape for the car.
