ok rabattski, that's fine. the mp3 thing will not work, because you are not going to be able to prove that the mp3's are so-called 'second-hand'. so does the original artist get a cut of what you are selling as 'second-hand'? Nope. Therefore, the idea doesn't fly. I produce music, I wouldn't want anyone taking sounds of mine and selling them as 'second-hand' think about the artists who makes it. The sites that sell .mp3's obviously give a cut to the artists or labels (creators). It's the system. Digital Jukeboxes are the next craze, because the artists get a cut each time a song is played, etc.
