User friendliness has two different areas with mp3 players: connection with computer/song transfer, and use of the device itself.
I had a hell of a time getting the ipod to work properly on my pc, even with EVERY requirement met.
In the end I'm not even using itunes and am using ephpod and can drag and drop huge amounts in at one time and delete them easily.For use of the player, my previous comments stand as is.
I am sticking with it, though, because I do like all that's offered with the ipod, including whatever apps you can add to it and other stuff. No time to look into that just yet.
