    IPOD:
For: can stand a lot of falling, hitting. My friends ipod fell from 2.5m right on the ground. It hurt everyone watching it... and nothing. It still works perfectly.
That's the only + I can give it.

Lacks: Default phones need to have VOLUME control in order not to have to stick your hand into the pocket all the time. I don't think it costs to manufacture so much...

Then, Apple should try, at least once to make something functional. Ipod has only one port (that's, that "minimal" design), the same you use for charging and for connecting it to your computer. This means you cannot (by default) have it charging and transfering files; which means if you plan to transfer a lot of music need to have the battery full otherwise power will simply run out really soon.

Then there's another stupid thing. A month ago I transfered all of my MP3's to ipod. After a week my HD crashed and I lost all the music. So I tried to transfer back files from ipod... gues what? shit.... that's it... it cannot be done.
That made me very pissed off. So you know what?

I sold the shit and right now I'm just hoping that SONY will decide to make an MP3 player, which will be something nice, aesthetic, high quality and FUNCTIONAL (mr. Jobs, look for this word in a dictionary).

    PERIOD.
