what else do you need? Good weed and free healthcare :-)
BTW I'm on the west coast and wouldn't trade locations for an extra 15K per year.
Live a block from the beach, 20min drive to mountains including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, etc.
You can have the East. I'd rather do stuff than own stuff.
