on more thing.. mac's are little endian and pcs are big endian.. google it.. lol i forget the combination - it may be hte other way around.. but the basic idea of endian is how the processor reads strings binary bits.. big endian i think was left to right.. and little endian is right to left.. :P i just read through the whole thread - doesn't seem like we have a lot of comp sci majors here huh?>
