the thing i dont like about the bose unit is that it is two speakers joined together. the whole point of steroe sound is that you have two seperate speakers sitting on oppisite sides of the room.
If I was you I'd by a mini hifi system for that price, I have mine hooked up to a nice sony hifi system, the dock sits on top if it and it gets a clean line from the rca output at the back of it. That bose thing is more for looks.
