Could be worse..You could be generating content for an online magazine, and trying to convince people to pay for it.
Our readers love us (500,000 of them per month) but why do I have trouble paying my rent after 4 years of running a 'successful' online magazine?
Next time I would start a totally 'user-driven' ebusiness (think eBay or an online Portfolios system) where you provide the framework and business/site concept, not the ongoing content.
