Its here!!... well sort of, my buddy just told me a backdoor way to get in and let me tell ya... its real...
1. Go to iTunes music store.
2. Click "sign in" in the upper right corner under the "browse" icon.
3. On the pop-up window the comes up click on "creat new account"
4. In the next window click where its says something along the lines of "if the billing address of you payment card blah blah.. click here.
5. Select Canada from the pul down menu.
Viola!... enjoy, it'll prolly be officially up very soon.
