Dude, it's a pretty wack scene over at teh Mod Club, anything goes music-wise, sorta deceptive name in that way, pretty lame crowds too.
I can't believe Madvillain was there, or is that upcoming? I saw Krush there a couple months ago and the sound sucked.
Una Mas has more, better ladies, but that place has lost momentum over the past couple years.
I know yer into good hip hop and I think Fase still has a night somewhere, other than that, I stay in and play the good stuff in my livingroom. The only other dudes I know that are playing good hip hop and beats are freinds that never seem to get the gigs. Circle Research are always good to catch but I don't think they're residents anywhere.
I'm getting old and out of touch with the kids these days :)
