royalty free, sign up for free and get 1 or 2 download credits.
submit your own photos/flash/audio/code and earn credits and use that to buy. Or buy credits via paypal. I still earn more then i spend there! (you can not claim cash for it until you sold at least a thousand files or so..)
I like it a lot, tho I (personally) think there is a lot of unusable crap on there, there are enough beauties in there to register.
