i think 2 places the oniment too close to the baseline.
the thing that bugs me about 1 is that the j touchs the onament more then the g. it would be sweet if they could connect the same ammount. i realize this will be pretty difficult to do with out warping or bastardizing the font in some way. this is bickham isn't it? maybe there is a different orniment that will fit in there better? or maybe adjust the size of this one?
