i used one for a while... but i dont have a name for you, or where we got it... i just asked the boss and he brought it for me... thing about that set up was that it was really buggy until i put the same video card in both computers hooked up to the switch... it was a great set up after that though.
i would think that switch would be available at most electronics/computer stores.
