haha MLVR they used to do that at my old work (restaurant)...tell people its a new shot called a cement mixer, rule is you have to violently shake your head and keep it in your mouth for 10 seconds. So the poor drunk fucker is shaking his head as the acid in the lemon juice coagulates with the cream in the bailys...yummy
