HELP HELP, I have 2 monitors and every once and a while programs or windows go off the viewable screen, so i go down to the start bar at the bottom (on win me) and have to right click app to move it to a viewable postition,
but I am in photoshop and i double click a layer to add a drop shadow and I can tell the window has activated but it is nowhere to be seen . I need help!
