hi jadran
whilst i'm definitely not qualified on the matter, in Adobe After Effects you can switch on 'frame blending' in individual layers to interpolate frames, effectively meaning you can get some decent slow motion without stutter. i know it's not for Premiere but i hope it helps somehow :)
