    1 - Preferences > Web Features > Load Images (couldn't be any easier...)

    You can disable Flash with a different extension, not the Developer one, but I don't know off hand what it's called. I think it'll replace swfs with a button you can press to enable the specific instances of it.

    Tools > Extensions allows you to manage all of your installed extensions. Update, uninstall, preferences, all that good stuff.
