Didn't Michael Jackson do a limited LA Gear shoe too? I didn't realize that co. still existed...

September 13th 1989 - A press conference is held to announce Michael Jackson's new endorsement deal with LA Gear. The two year deal calls for Michael to design and market a line of sport shoes and sportswear as well as to appear in commercials. Under the marketing campaign 'Unstoppable' a wide range of activities was promised to promote the collection. Michael says, "I look forward to the challenge of creating and designing with this hot LA fashion leader.
