The new Wilco is alright. It hasnt been on my playlist half as much as Yankee though, so that has to say something. Its alot more jammy and noisey than the older stuff. I think thats because of Jim ORourke (of Sonic Youth and also mixed Yankee) interacting more with Jeff Tweedy. It is a decent album thought but a notch below Yankee I feel.
And on the subject of Wilco have you seen the Im Trying to Break Your Heart movie? Ive watched that a bunch of times just for the solo Tweedy performances.
