I'm amazed that with all this precision and technological might you sound mighty proud of the US lead coalition hasn't managed to make a single guess at the civilian death rate.
"So Mr general, how many Insurgents have you kiilled today?"
(let's not call them people, it humanises the enemy)
General puffs out his chest "We've killed X amount of terrorists (probably pronounced "tourists") with laser guided bla bla blah"
"So Mr General, how many civilians have you killed today?"
"Erm...well, we just don't have those figures right now"
