'So if collecting books, and paintings is the same as saving jpgs and downloading another persons site, It's ok for me to walk in a musume and take a painting off the wall and walk out? or steal a book, because the this approiprate course of action is nearly the same thing you're doing...'
Not the same at all, if you did either of those things you'd be stopping other people from accessing it, saving a jpg to your HD doesn't stop anyone else from seeing it.
